From: Roger the Skiffler Date: 20 Mar 03 - 03:42 AM As I'm always down the blues club on Thursday nights when the Paul Jones UK Blues show is on BBC wireless light programme (or radio 2 as the youngsters call it) I listen on RealPlayer later. Couldn't get through this week and e-mailed Beeb. They confirmed there was an intermittent problem with RealPlayer and Listen Again to this programme was affected and it couldn't be made available. BUT they also said that when the war started Listen Again would be suspended to preserve bandwidth for news!. "Blues, Folk, etc? Sorry! There IS a war on, you know!" Bring back Vera Lynn! RtS |
