I think i have posted this here before, but the bodhran thread reminded me of it..

http://www.alia.ie/tirnanog/

Tir Na nOg is a virtual pub-- an Irish site. Perhaps not very active now.. but a nice place to visit. with Gaelic language pages and Ogham alphabet info too. I think the name describes a place where the veil between the worlds is thin and there is life everlasting....but I am open to other interpretations on that...anyone??

www.irishnews.com is another good site for up to date news etc.

Haven't been in to the tir na nog site for awhile, may pop in now to see what's occurring.

We always knew it as Land of the Fairies as kids, you are right, a sort of Celtic otherworld.
