Hello - I have heard that there is a singaround in a pub in Garstang, North Lancashire, but I don't know which pub or which night. Can anyone help with this and perhaps tell me a bit more about it. Starting times? Trad or contemporary mostly? How welcoming to newcomers?

I remember hearing about another session in Garstang on The Lancashire Drift - Radio Lancashire on the regular round-up of Local events - sadly this no longer goes out.

There's this one advertised - never been but give 'em a ring to see if it's still going or if they're aware of other local venues..

It's also worth keeping an eye on Folk North West - What's On for local events, sessions etc.
