Tune Req: Need help to identify tune on Fox News

This tune is played several times a day on Fox news channel for 30 seconds or less and it does have some lyrics butI can't come up with a name. Maybe some one here a mud cat can identify it. All help appreciated Thanks in advance

This is played during a commercial or just before. I've heard it played on Bill Oreilly's broadcasts and on Hannity and Colmes and others but they don't play it long anough to get it on tape
