I spend alot of time in my home office, and I like to have music playing softly as I work. I recently found www.Pandora.com. By entering the name of an artist or song that you like, the program will create a "station" of music you should also like, based on your selection. You can create many "station" - I have Dave Van Ronk, The Beatles, Tim Buckley, Tom Waits, and a whole slew of others. It works well, it is free, and I have written down the names of lots of artists I would likely never have heard. Check it out,

Super-cool. I've been using it for a year or so, and have considered buying the thingjimmy that plays it instead of your stereo, and having it be my main tunes.

It reads my mind and plays what I want!

Those were the words I was looking for. Perfect description.

I've been listening to it since first mentioned here, by Amos, I think it was, about 3-4 years ago. Love it! But, it is in the news, today, that it may be shut down for lack of funding: Click Here.
