Subject: Tech: iphone screen not behaving From: Bonzo3legs Date: 16 Apr 18 - 01:34 PM For some time the touch screen on my wife's iphone has been sending comments racing up and down, so it’s difficult to read anything. The brain dead creature we spoke to in our local Vodaphone shop insisted that Vodafone couldn’t help - because it is a software problem??? and we would have to go home, update everything, then do a backup and restore, which we did and the problem is still there. The touch screen is not responding properly. Has anyone else experienced this? |
Subject: RE: Tech: iphone screen not behaving From: IanW Date: 16 Apr 18 - 03:26 PM I had a similar problem before, did all the restoration etc. I eventually took it to the apple store they said it could be the screen but could also be other issues. Their policy was to charge for a replacement screen but to give a brand new phone. The phone was a year and a half old and 3 mobile refunded the cost. My new phone has now started to do the same thing. It seems to coincide with the latest software download so I am wondering if that could be part of the issue. |
