I recently heard a song sung by Tom Read. The song was called "Old Friends". The first two lines of the chorus are: I'll bring the whisky if you bring the wine. Let's go down to the river just for Auld Lang Syne. I do have the full lyrics. My question is: Who wrote this song? Was it Tom Read?

For a moment, I thought you were talking about the Guy Clark song.
Worth revisiting....
