I'm interested in finding aussie bush songs on cd but I cant source them in Ireland can anybody help. Ferg

Go to the Folk Australia Site. Then click on "Resources". Then click on "Australian Folk Links". There you will see a link to online music stores. (Although I don't know if any of them would have Bushwackers' albums.) I gave you the long way to get there because the steps in between are interesting.

By the way a good sampler of the "established" groups is a 2 CD album called "Beating around the Bush" produced by Castle Communications Australia Ltd. I give you the name of the manufacturer because I think there is another CD with the same name that has nothing to do with Australian music. It has some pieces by the Bushwackers, Eric Bogle and a host of others.

Here's the Bushwackers site..... unfortunately no CD's for sale from there.. but at least you can find out the CD names and go looking elsewhere.....
