Hello everyone, i've just become a member today. As the title of my request says I'd love to find the Chords and lyrics for the opening tune to the 80's Canadian T.v program 'The littlest Hobo'about a dog travelling around doing good deeds where ever he happened to be and then moving on to where ever life took him,I grew up watching this program and it brings back memories of happy times and helped me as a young kid to understand that maybe animals have souls aswell, the actual song is a lovely sentimental folk style song called 'Maybe tomorrow'I have found out the song was written by a bloke called John Crossen and sung by Terry Bush and thats as far as i got I have been playing the Guitar for about 6 months and I would love to be able to sing and play this song!!

There's a place
Keeps on calling me
Down the road
That's where I want to be
Every step I take
I make a new friend
----?
Just turn around
And I'm gone again

Maybe tomorrow
I'll wanna settle down
Until tomorrow,
I'll just keep moving on

That's all I remember. Not even sure they're right...

MAYBE TOMORROW
Theme from the Canadian TV Series "The Littlest Hobo" (1979-1985)
(Terry Bush / John Crossen)

There's a voice that keeps on calling me
Down the road is where I'll always be

Every stop I make, I'll make a new friend
Can't stay for long, just turn around and I'm gone again

Maybe tomorrow, I'll want settle down
Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on

Down this road, that never seems to end
Where new adventure, lies just around the bend

So if you want to join me for a while
Just grab your hat, come travel light
That's hobo style

Maybe tomorrow, I'll want settle down
Until tomorrow, the whole world is my home

So if you want to join me for a while
Just grab your hat, come travel light
That's hobo style

Maybe tomorrow, I'll want settle down
Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on

(Instrumental Break)

Maybe tomorrow, I'll want settle down
Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on

There's a world, that's waiting to unfold
A brand new tale, no one has ever told,

We've journey'd far but, you know it won't be long
We're almost there and we've paid our fare with the hobo song

Maybe tomorrow, I'll want settle down
Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on

So if you want to join me for a while
Just grab your hat, come travel light
That's hobo style

Maybe tomorrow, I'll find what I call home
Until tomorrow, you know I'm free to roam

[Recorded by Terry Bush, 1979; Abrasive Wheels, 1984; Scooch, 2000; Terry Bush (Re-Recording), 2001.]
