Just thought I'd make everyone who visits The Fyldefolk Festival Web Page on the Fyldefolk Web Site that we have changed our pop server and although the front page on the two old sites re-direct to the new site none of the sub-pages do (this will be corrected at a later date)

So if you have visited (or would like to visit!) type in one of the old address for the front page - www.fyldefolk.co.uk or www.fyldefolk.freeserve.co.uk and you will be redirected to the new site with all the updates for the Fylde and Fylde 2001 save the page to your favourites and you're bang up to date again.

many thanks....

Pete

PS - Don't forget that Festival Week-End Tickets are still on special offer - get them now for September and save a few beer tokens!!!!

Well plugged sir! I love that working windmill on the website.

I think Fylde is definitely one festival where we should have a Mudcat get together, preferably as a pre-festival fringe thing.

Yes we should get together at Fylde - here's an idea..... on the Friday I will be at the Mount Htl along with John Bond at the "First" sing around - it starts at 12.00, prior to that (as yet) there is nothing on at the Mount so maybe Mudcatters could meet up in the bar (I'm not sure what time it will open on the Friday but I can find out) or outside on the benches (Alan's ordered dry warm weather this year!!!!) then anyone (or everyone) can come join in the sing around?? that's idea number one anyone got anymore ideas?? I'd be happy to set up a Mudcatters page on the Festival section of the Web site and the notice board is open for use for contacts etc... along with Mudcat....

take care

Pete

Do that.

For anyone who hasn't been to Fylde, but who is in range of it, it's a great festival. Fleetwood is like Whitby in lots of ways, but ironed out, so no hills to climb. And trams in the street, escaped from Blackpool down the road a few miles.
