I keep having to create a new message to get the most recent messages on Thread

Hi, Ann - try clicking on the grey "refresh" button on the Forum Menu page. Also, you may be able to refresh the Forum Menu by clicking the Forum Home (try this - click) link at the bottom of each message. If you still have trouble, post a message in the Help Forum (click).

Thanks Joe - because I created a new thread I have the recent messages. When I log on again - I will try your suggestion
