Help Hymn!

I am looking for the music for a hymn the name I dont know. I think it is based on William Blake's Poem Jeruselum... " And did those feet, in ancient times, walk England's mountains green."

I also wonder about one that has the lyrics.. "Oh hear us when we cry to thee, for those in peril on the sea."

I was a bad student at the Catholic schools I went to, but I recall the tunes from chapel. Not the names, but the tunes.

I have been playing the pennywhistle for just under a year, I have a few D, a couple of C, Low F & Low D. These tunes seem to be naturals for the whistle.

SO can anyone steer me to the sheet music, even better the tabliture for these songs!? I dont know the names can you inform me as to those it might enhance my ability to search.

Jerusalem, music is by Charles Parry. You can find the words at Cyberhymnal. There's sheet music as well if you have the right software.

The second you want it called the Navy Hymn or Mariner's Hymn. First line is Eternal Father, Stong to Save. Also at CyberHymnal

Jerusalem is the only other tune that 'Linden Lea' by William Barnes, will fit to. The tune for 'Eternal Father' I think is called Melton.

re "For Those in Peril on the Sea" - "Melita" rings more of a bell ... also same tune used for The Recessional" the favourite Anzac Day hymn (Lord God of Hosts, be with us yet, lest we forget, lest we forget...) which I think has a tad to do with old Rudyard K.
