I'm not sure what you mean by "partitures" but if you're looking for Irish tunes the best place to start is The Ceolas Archive (click here).

Pardon me, I didn't mean to exclude other Celtic tunes--they are at Ceolas also, but the Irish predominate.

On a recent thread here there were given instructions on how to subscribe to the Irish music list, IRTRAD-L. Some of the people whose files are listed at Ceolas cite are on this list. Henrik Norbeck, for instance is a frequent contributor, and has hundreds of ABC's in his files listed at Ceolas, and just a few days ago finished an index.
