One of my hobby horses is the way songs are attributed to the singer rather than the writer.Donovan had the bigger hit this side of the pond,but it was definatley Buffeys song.Its like people talk about Black is the Colour as a Christie Moore song,when he is on record (live concert) saying it is traditional and he got it from Alex Atterson.
