Any of you leftie guitarists got any ideas about thumb picks. Left handed ones not easy to find, and using right handed ones doesn't work too well,

Keep plucking!

Rick

Rick,

I am a natural lefty, but I taught myself to play guitar right handed for that very reason. OK maybe that's not the reason, but you know there is a natural superiority of southpaws in that they generally have much better command of the opposite hand than those of the dextral persuasion. I once heard one of the latter prolcaim that he would give his right arm to be ambidextrous.

have you tried a narrow flat pick and super glue ;)

Jim Dunlop makes left-handed (or more correctly, left-thumbed?) thumbpicks. For more info, check this URL:

http://www.jimdunlop.com/picks/

Looks as though the smallest quantity available through the Dunlop website is a box of 20, but if you like'em, that's likely a lifetime's supply.

Good luck and thumbs up!
