A friend of mine remembers her mother and grandmother singing a Tennessee ballad about Frank Collins, a murderer. Anyone know it? Lyrics? Tune?

No, Joe but I will pursue this one with my contact. She mentioned one line:
"Frank Collins sits in the county jail"
as part of the chorus.
