my fears about the video getting pulled may be groundless, on further exploration it appears that Stefan is using YouTube as a marketing tool, and jolly good luck to him, I have been advocating this for years ...

Van Lingle, you probably know this already, but those long right-hand fingernails set the steel strings to chiming, as a pick does, but allow him freedom to use fingers independtly to play the strings. That explains the richness of the arrangement.
