I'm not sure which bit you mean.

There is the vocal "Old woman tossed up in a blanket" followed by the tune , then "Signposts" (single instrument) then "Trunkles". Others may have other names for them.

Not what it says on the note below the album cover.

That's the Fieldtown version of "Shepherd's Hey", also known as "Signposts" because the dancers finish with arms extended out to their sides.
