Here's an odd one...

A long time ago I heard a rather amusing song performed by a 'Dixie' band. I distinctly remember one verse. I have no idea the name of the song, where it came from or why I am still so curious about it. Here's what I know:

Sarah, Sarah, sittin’ in a Chevrolet
Sarah, Sarah, sittin’ in a Chevrolet
All day long she sits and shifts
All day long she shifts and sits
Sarah, Sarah, sittin’ in a Chevrolet

(umm, excuse an speeling, I'm dog tired)
Anyways, this is what I remember - does anyone recognize this?!?!?!

Desperately seeking Sarah

I used to perform the song. Other verses

Sarah, Sarah, sitting in a shoeshine shop
All day long she sits and shines
All day long she shines (etc.)

Sarah, Sarah sitting in a seamstress shop.
All day long she snips and tucks,
All day long she tucks and snips.

Sarah, Sarah sitting in a sheet slitting shop.
All day long she slits her sheets,
All day long her sheets she slits,
Sarah, Sarah sitting in a sheet slitting shop

Round and round the rugged rock the rugged rascal ran.
The classic tongue twister "How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" refers to a 1902 song. The answer is: He would chuck, he would, as much as he could, and chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would if a woodchuck could chuck wood. A wildlife expert once estimated a woodchuck could move about 700 pounds.
