I am trying to help my son who just had all his wisdom teeth removed. He needs to burn a cd with a collection of 8 songs about either justice, equality, courage, or heroism in the modern world. He also needs the lyrics with must be school appropriate. Any help would be greatly appreic

Not sure how you'd define 'modern' but if 1957 isn't too old "The ballad of John Axon" would be a good choice for courage and heroism.

How modern is "modern"? There are so many songs of the civil rights movement that would be appropriate. Also, freedom songs from South Africa:
