Cáitrin - how you get te accent (which is called a fada) is you look down the bottom of the keyboard, just mtomtye right of the shift key (if your keyboard is like mine) is a key saying Alt Gr. Push it down, and type the letter you want, as in Cáitrin. If you push the shift key at the same time you get a capital letter with the accent, as in Áine.

Could I suggest that personal criticism should be confined to personal messages? And that, if people aren't willing to accept personal messages they should refrain from making personal criticism, let alone personal insults. And that if people don't like BS threrads they shouldn't keep on posting to them and making them longer?

And why are we using this marvellous invention to be nasty to each other?
