The company could be subject to severe penalties for failing to keep to the schedule laid down by the US Mail Presumably train 38 would be a normal passenger service, where punctual arrival on time was not so crucial. |

I can't see a thing but telling stories of folk songs is something I like doing. I learned this song from Vernon Dalhart's 1924 recording and often sing this myself from Joe. |
