This is more of a N'awlins Strut than dance, but it gets you moving...When the Saints Go Marching In...They use this on Bourbon Street to get folks into the bars.

My Father's nickname for me when I was a kid was "Slewfoot." I guess that pretty much sums up my dancing ability. But as an ancillary topic... not to unravel the thread... there is plenty of music I have to move to. Just don't get near my feet. And when we're singing or playing music, there are some songs I could not sing if I was required to stand still. Black gospel has finally loosened up my old Danish-Lutheran bones. I don't think a sound would come out of my mouth if you tied me to a post.

I must be doing the wrong kind of dancing. To hell with this disco crap, the Coalbrook Band down in Newcastle do a superb waltz arrangement of "Plaisir d'Amour." Does this leave me as the only one in step?
