I don't know the song, but it reminds me of the company in Southern Oregon whose business it is to clean out septic tanks. The truck was called "the Honey Truck" and their slogan was "We're number one in the number two business". Haha

A band called Guff recorded IF YOU WON'T BE MY #1 (#2 ON YOU) on their album "Engine Trouble," Go Kart CD #104, 2003. They're classified as "Punk-pop" according to allmusic. I listened to a sound sample, but it's mostly unintelligible, typical punk-band stuff.

I suspect this title was a joke before it was an actual song.

There are several web sites out there that attribute this, or a song with a similar title, to Roger Miller, but any reputable discography I can find doesn't list it.
