I think there's more, a lead-in verse. I haven't heard it often, but it's a bit short, otherwise.

If I remember correctly, I heard that once with the intro verse above being spoken. I think possibly in a movie. I have an old magazine add for the movie and know Irene Dunne played in it. To answer though, you should be able to find the sheet music for it at any reputable music shop. Kindest reguards, Neil
