Subject: Playing country at a great height From: GUEST,Larkin Date: 19 Sep 02 - 04:08 PM Anybody in the london( SW if poss) area interested in playing some country swing/Dan Hicksy/whatever sort of music. And if you are, do you fancy learning to play it on stilts ( really easy- Honest). I'm a professional stilt-walker and part time musician and I've had a great idea for a band on stilts. I play guitar / mandoline/vocals - needs ideally fiddle / bass/ lead guitar / percussion? - but could be any instrumentation. There's good money to be made on the festival circuit folks! If you want to see what I do, the website is half finished www.larkinabout.net/test Fancy a bit of lark- martin |

You might be onto a good thing there,Larkin.I think I'd rather keep my feet on the ground,or my backside on a barstool. |
