Can anyone help here. I need some dots for this tune. It appeared on the davy graham album the guitar player. I have a feeling it might be sonny rollins but i am not sure.

I think you can ignore the Buffet link above - he did a stage show based on Herman Wouk's book and wrote his own songs for it - it didn't include the song I think you want.

Alan Price had a hit with it in the UK.

You might find this recording of a calypso evening presented by Alan Lomax of interest: Calypso At Midnight, which also has some information on the background to the song.

No luck with words online though.
