I've been asked if I can find the lyrics for a song called 'get there if you can' - possibly by carly simon? I don't know it myself so can't vouch for the accuracy either of the title or artist and my web searches have drawn a blank

can any of you mudcatters help me please?

Allmusic.com says that GET HERE—the song recorded by Oleta Adams and posted above—was written by Brenda Russell, who also recorded it.

I don't see any evidence that Carly Simon ever recorded it.

Who's Rogers?
