If there are any catters in the Paris region on Saturday why not visit the Irish Festival being held at La Villette - Cite de la musique. The Flying Chaucers are doing a short ceilidh at 4.00pm ... OK and in the evening you get Sharon Shannon, Altan and Lunasa in concert..... BUT the chance to see the Chaucers in International surroundings surely cannot be missed - even if it's just to have a laugh at my French accent

Just in case anyone is interested - it was BRILLIANT!!!! ...tho we opted to go for a meal rather than going to the concert in the evening. I have now discovered how to do calling for barn dances in french .... and with my standard of French too!
