Does anyone else remember -- and know where to find -- the children's songs Rosemary Clooney recorded in the 1950s? There was one about a boy who bought a red bicycle, rose it like a hotdog and wrecked it. Another was "The Land of Hatchee Milatchee" (sp?) about a mythical place like the Big Rock Candy Mountain.
    I've already asked Bette Midler, whose latest album is "The Rosemary Clooney Songbook." She'd never heard of the songs, was intrigued to learn of their existence.

Childhood Days seems to be a collection of songs for children. "Land of Hatchy Milatchy" is on Memories of You (Disc: 5, Track 11).

I had been looking for Rosemary Clooney children's songs for some time. I finally found the record in my mother's things. The one we have is called "Children's Favorites" and has 6 songs. These songs are also on "Clooney Tunes".
