WE are holding a Folk Club at the Ship Inn Wadebridge on Thursday 6th July at 8pm. Proceeds to Cornwall Folk Festival. All musicians and singers welcome.there will be a raffle so please come along.

Wish we could come but bit too far away. Loved visiting your beautiful part of the country, since I was a child and look forward to many more family visits to Polzeath, Wadebridge and the accordion shop there! Last year when we came down in May we searched vainly for a local folk club we could come along to. Hope yours occurs more than once! Cheers!

Dan Mckinnon is coming to stay in Wadebridge from wednesday and will be popping into Bodmin on Friday after spending this week with Eric Bogle

he is the latter day Stan Rogers

weather permitting he could be playing on padstow Harbour on Thursday evening,

we have tried before to run a folk club in Wadebridge but we never had the support promised. Cant get back those days of The Swan Folk club of the sixties. Fantastic times. However there are other clubs around. have you been to Bodmin on a Friday evening?
If July 6th goes well maybe will try for a regular club.
Hope you can make it on 6th Breezy.

Thanks for that! We will look the club up before we go down there next time. Maybe your folk night will reveal a new group of people down your way, interested in starting up a new music club.
