Subject: RE: BS: Pub Prop From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 12 Jun 01 - 08:04 PM I've just checked with my version of Netscape, Clinton, and it seems to work fine. (Communicator 4.7 - maybe you've got a more modern version which screws things up?) |

Subject: RE: BS: Pub Prop From: Clinton Hammond Date: 12 Jun 01 - 11:45 PM Lemme try something... *opens new window* nope... I though maybe it was that I didn't have Java on... I'm also using 4.7 Communicator, and I don't get any scroll bars on the sides of the page to scroll down with... and clicking the icons on the left hand side, sometimes gives me a message "Your browser sent a message that this server could not be understood" or something like... Any hints what that might be? |

Subject: RE: BS: Pub Prop From: Big Mick Date: 17 Nov 02 - 03:42 PM My dear friend, karenk, bought one of these for me after hearing Dick Greenhaus and I talking about them at the FSGW Getaway. Just one more reason for me to love this wonderful woman. This gadget is well thought out, well made, and reasonably priced. 'Catters in the USA (and I imagine Canada) can get one from Dick Greenhaus at Camsco. Dick is, of course, the founder of The Digital Tradition. His prices are very reasonable. He sells them for $18.00 each, or wholesale for $11.00 each (minimum order of 6), and all prices include shipping. If you play at sessions, or open mic's, you really need to get one of these things. I have the Mk II. It is an indispensable piece of equipment. I am going to get them for all my bandmates for Christmas, as well as another couple for myself. Mick |

Subject: RE: BS: Pub Prop From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 17 Nov 02 - 04:05 PM The Pub Prop is the same size as a packet of ciggies, and it's much better for you. (Stopping you having fits when your guitar slides to the floor in a crowded bar.) |

Subject: RE: BS: Pub Prop From: Allan Dennehy Date: 17 Nov 02 - 10:18 PM The Pub Prop rules! There is no sound in the world worse than the clatter of a good guitar bouncin off a stone floor at a session. OK there is, but I'm not going to start off about crappy crazed session musicians right now. Howarye Brian! Hows the crack? |
