The latest version, 3.3.6, of HARMONY is now available at my web site www.greenhedges.com

This has a toolbox with more chords, and also styles, which can be dragged and dropped onto notes.

Many more toolbar items can be dragged onto notes, including octaves and note pitches.

A sample file demonstrating note styles has been included.

With styles, you can modify individual notes in many ways, increasing & decreasing the volume, adding modulation, pitch bend, Pan Left/right, and any other MIDI controls.

As usual, I forgot to mention something. HARMONY can now export tunes in MusicXML format, although it doesn't yet export all note attributes, e.g. beaming.

Drag & Drap has been modified to make it easier to drop onto a note. It makes the icon half the usual size when dragging, to allow more precision in dropping. Hope this is useful

Just noticed a bug - the toolbox doesn't stay on top as it is supposed to do. I will fix that in the next release.

In the meantime, if using it, do not maximise the main window, and leave the toolbox outside it.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VERSION

It looks as if I have accidentally stopped some of the toolbar functions from working properly. (Egg on face) They do not update the preview and clipboard as they should.

If you have already installed it, you CAN use it, but be aware of this restriction.



I will update a corrected version 3.3.7 asap.
