Our local Art's Commision is bringing this fellow in next week and wondered if anyone knew him. Plays a "Gypsy cowboy" style of music and advertised as a Folk Musician.

I know John Walker and have played with him at a couple of shows this year. He is great guy, has a great voice, plays well, write some beautiful songs. Definately fits the description of the Americana genre. I enjoyed him very much and think your folks will too.

He's a man with a story to tell and an inspired way of telling it. Please pass on my regards to him!

He was a great person to see. He was a bit uncomfortable at first I think but once he warmed up he was super! He sings a lot about his wife - she died in 97 I think - so he really touches the heart. He said to tell you Hello and was a bit surprised when I gave him your regards! Asked if we were related - told him only by the internet!! Take care - and anyone who gets an opportunity to see him should. Nice guy -

Steve
