We haven't heard her laugh or sing since Mudcat radio stopped. Haven't seen any postings, either. Has anyone had any contact with her? I miss her and her laugh!

HeyaMaryMac! Hope all is well with you.

I saw her at the Philadelphia Folk Factory's open circle on April 25. The next open circle is scheduled for next Thursday, May 30, and she virtually always attends so I'm almost certain to see her there. I'll try to reach her by phone before then and tell her to log in and say hello!

Sharon

You're welcome, kat! Hey, ya know she's the kind of spirit who can't not sing! Actually, she's been taking voice lessons with a mutual friend and doing well, working hard and gaining a lot of confidence in her singing. More power to her!!!

I dunno about that, MMario... she forgot to go to the meeting Thursday! That's okay; I missed it too (my excuse: I got lost in a book I was reading, and lost track of the time).

I did see Marymac yesterday evening at another folk-song circle, but she didn't sing. :^( I told her about this thread, so maybe she'll be along sometime and post here. In the meantime, she started this thread that y'all can look at to verify that she's alive and kickin': Lyr Req: Send Me to the 'Lectric Chair
