I will be away for ten days from next Monday traveling up the Left Coast and back down again. Sounds fun, huh? I think so. If I do not get too distracted by "World's Largest Strting Ball Here!" signs and "Mystery Tunnel to Nowhere -- Three Miles!!" signs, I expect to be on the "Other Western" slope of the Cascades in time for some singing and picking over the next weekend, but I dunno if I'll be able to ramble the threads or not. No worries -- I'll be out there enjoying myself in any case, so send some folkie grins my way and they will be returned four-fold.

You-all keep on singing, hear?

It's the greatest thing in the world to do!

Last report I had was no such joy, Genie -- she's suffering from the pangs of physical therapy and is also squeezing the budget due to some emergency repairs on the house that have come up unexpectedly. Sigh. Wish I could send the Winged Monkeys after her!!
