Good folks,

I've been through all kinds of troubleshooting with tech. help from my server. Bottom line is   I can't read my e-mail.

Soooo, for the forseeable future I'll be only available through telephone and Mudcat personal messages.

What a drag. I would not have believed, a few years ago, how dependent I've become on email. Hope fix is not long in coming.

Hoorah, Chris showed me a way a way I go around end and get e-mail fom smewhere called Webmail on my server's site. Not perfect; takes a while to load things---- but I can get E-mail now. And reply too.

BUT: Now my address book seems to have disappeared. I figure I'll have to build a new one. I think I'm gonna go start he Barbara Kingsolver novel I bought this afternoon.

I'm so sick of spam that I was going to change my E-mail address------but now I have nobody to send the new one to if I do do that. These contraptions cause more headache than they're worth I'm feeling. At least today I am.
