It sounds great, and if It was in Greenwich UK, I might be interested. On the other hand, I still haven't got round to re-painting "Ursa Minor" and for any would-be new boaters, I should point out that the definition of a boat is:

A hole in the water that the owner has to try and fill up by thowing money into it !
