It's a 'maypole dance' called Barwick Green from the suite My Native Heath, written in 1924 by the Yorkshire composer Arthur Wood.

If I could write music I could. If my ear was sharp enough I could learn it from the radio.

I can't really read dots bit I can figue tunes out given time, dots and memory.

A quick search found versions in MIDI format. It is not too hard to convert them to dots via something such as Mudcatter Pavane's HARMONY software.
