The tune looks fine, it prints in abcm2ps and I've just converted it with the concertina.net converter without problem. However, your post above has extra blank lines between the abc lines. If they were in your submission that would probably cause an error - a blank line terminated an abc tune.

I've just tried the converter with blank lines inserted and it does give you and error. So, just make sure there are no blank lines before the end of the tune.

The tune is double spaced eg. there is a large spacebetween each line.
The tune in normal single spacing should look like this.

The penny finally dropped it must be a glitch with Fiddler's Ccompanion my way to get round it was to copy &paste into Word then re-copy & paste into concertina.net

Different operating systems recognise new lines in different ways.

Some use the CR (carriage return) character (ASCII decimal code 13, I think), some use the LF (Line Feed) character (ASCII decimal code 10) and some, like Windows, use the CR+LF combination, two characters

If you feed a CRLF combination to a system expecting just one character, you will get TWO new lines, resulting in a blank line.

Hope that clarifies it!
