My wife and I will be in Bath Weds 06 Sept and Thursday 7th. Anyone know of a good folk club to visit?

I do believe there is a folk club in Bradford upon Avon,not sure when its held but i am sure Mortica will be online and tell you more.Mr Red's website is pretty good for the West too.

I make it about 25 miles, but there is White Horse Folk Club showing a singaround for September 6th

Bradford on Avon club is on Tuesdays. There is a song club at Corsham - about ten miles to the east - on Thursdays in the Royal Oak.
On Wednesdays there is a session in the Royal Oak (a different one) Lower Bristol Road, Bath. Mostly, if not entirely, Irish.
