Keep your fingers crossed Les. Terry is at Burton and Wilson in Lincoln with the car. He has just phoned to say that he may have to leave it with them. We'll let you know developments as they unfold. I know that his journey out to Lincoln was not very pleasant. They are talking about turbo failure. Could be that we have to manage without PA on Friday. We'll have to wait and see. Hopefully things will be OK.

Ok Les. I'll be in control if that's what you call it. Update----Terry has had to leave the car. It might be ready for Thursday, but if not, we will definitely have to say we won't be able to transport the PA. If it is ready by Friday, we would not have time to collect it from Lincoln after school then come back to Gainsborough to load up the PA and then travel to Faldinworth in time to set it up before the concert begins. SORRY. Terry's wallet is feeling a bit sad at the moment. Even with a second hand turbo we are still talking about hundreds of pounds. I shall have to go to work on the streets. I might be able to pay for it by the time I am ninety. I'll have to go now as I'm picking Terry up from the station ay 12.00. noon and it's 11.20 already.

All profits from the food go to the Folk Club Funds.

We're only attending because of the food. I don't feed the old one at home. Looks well on it doesn't he? Less about the "G strings" Les. It doesn't do Terry any good getting excited at his age. He can't remember what excitement is. Gosh I'm in trouble now. Can we have the heating on this time, btw, Villan?! We have no heating at ours as our boiler has died, totally, with no hope of revival and we need to go out all the time to keep warm. (Saves on bills as the little electric heater we have is a bit dear to use. If you put the heating on high, we should stay warm until we get home at least!

We have decided on a really great idea. We don't put the heating on, and every person who begs for the heating puts a quid into the meter. Helps us to keep the entrance fee down :-)
