Folk song, guy has a rough voice. Not a real good singer but his cracking voice sounds great in this song.

Lyrics: "Meet me in the middle of the day, let me hear you say, everthings ok."

Any help would be appreciated.

The artist is Steve Forbert and the song is Romeo's Tune.

Great song. Does anyone have the guitar tab to this?

Steve

Woops! Sorry about the last transmission. I think the thread is a little screwed up.

Hey dwditty,

I'm in Sandwich MA. Right down the street. I'm originally from St. Peters MO. I've been on the cape for about 6 years. Alittle boring in the winter but alot of fun in the summer.

Where are you now?

Tom

How about that guitar tab request. Can anyone help?

Hi Tom & Dwditty.
Dropped my son off at my mother's last night in W.Dennis & am heading back down in about an hour with my wife & daughter. I know there used to be a decent Irish session on Thurs.? nights in W.Dennis. Barry

Hi Barry,

Where were the Irish sessions? There is a guy named Terry that plays an electric/acoustic and does a lot of Irish folk and some pop like J Buffet, J Taylor type of stuff at Clancy's in W. Dennis every Fri. and Sat. and I think either Thurs. or Sun. as well. The guys a great singer and it's a lot of fun. Good food and plenty of beer!

Tom

The place was called (I think) The Inn At West Dennis but now may be upper a new ownership & a new name. She's located on Lower County Rd. just south of W.Dennis beyond the Columns Rest. oppisite side of the Rd. If you check out the Irish Trad site (don't know exactly how to send you there) there's a fellow there from the Cape, Zouki, he can give you an update. Good Luck Barry
