Lib Dems thread deleted?

I was going to post my support for the lib dems proposed action against the last licensing act but the thread seems to have been deleted.

It was titled "Lib Dems Foster on Licencing Law" and I can still find it but it displays the legend "This thread has been deleted"

I would have asked why on the help forum but that is still down.

Can anyone explain please?

I think it was posted by 'Girl Friday' and referenced some information sent by Hamish Birchall.

Maybe I dreamt it?

The information that was posted came from Shambles. I sent the deleted information to Girl Friday in a personal message, and she posted it publicly. I had already posted the information in this thread, by the way.

Shambles requested that his membership be deleted. Roger is welcome back to membership at Mudcat any time, as long as he agrees to post things only once, to refrain from all discussion of Mudcat policy, and to speak no more of the Miskin festival. Until he agrees to those terms, all of his messages will be deleted.

No problem with the discussion of licencing - but the information will have to come from a source other than Roger Gall until such time as he agrees to the restrictions on his membership. He was far too obnoxious for far too long.

There will be no further public discussion of the Roger Gall matter. If you want to discuss deletions or any other Mudcat editing issue, please contact me privately.
