EFDSS what is on?

Had a look at the EFDSS website just now - before I telephone the staff, can someone confirm that I'm not missing seeing something very obvious and that Sharp's folk club and the rest of the regular events really aren't on the website, please?

Can you not find what you are looking for feom the "Events" tab?

I dont know I haven't checked but thats where I would look

'events' on home page gives
http://www.efdss.org/events/morevents/ which is Playford outside London, etc

not www.efdss.org/events which has the London events.

There is something a bit amiss with the website. If, for example, you go to the EFDSS site and click on "events" you dont go to the same place as the link in the previous post takes you to. The former takes to a dance club in Bedford, the latter takes you to some more C# Ho things. Including a whole series of identical ads for a folk club on Sep 14. A bit of attention needed.

Dont forget that Sharps Folk Club is NOT in the house for August ! Its a singers night every Tuesday in the pub (Exmouth Arms I think)

It's true that the singers session in the pub is not very well described on the website. As Leadfingers mentioned above, it happens every Tuesday and 8 pm sharp for good seating.

Judy and I plan to be in attendance on September 21 and look forward to meeting some of our London Mudcat friends again.

Perfectly described on the Sharps website. It isn't an EFDSS event so there is no reason why they would list anything before the next meeting in CSH.
