I'm sure (which means that I think, but can't confirm) that I heard a song about the small boats sailing to Dunkirk. I thought it was Andy M Stewart, but I cannot find this anywhere. I've been searching, on and off for a decade. Can the Hive Mind help me?

Those are both good, but not it. I'd never heard the Beaches of St Valery. That made me cry, but it's not the one. Thank you anyway

One of the best poems focused on the Dunkirk Sea Rescue has to be by Cicely Fox Smith, "The Day of Little Ships," which I have adapted for singing. I have a vague memory of a song about the Dunkirk boat lift, something about "all the little boats"? I thought it was an Andy M Stewart/Silly Wizard tune, but I have not been able to come up with it. I only heard it once, and it could be that I'm way off. Can someone help me?

I think the best-known Dunkirk song is James Keelaghan's "The Fires of Calais."
