I've reset my bookmarks, reset my cookie and tried to get into the chat room but still get that Null Point thing. Can anyone get into the chatroom now? Wish I could...

Yes, I'm still getting the null pointer.

I was having a great chat with Joe Offer last Sunday, (probably Saturday in the US), and we had just been joined by Alan of Oz, when I got thrown out a few times. It let me back in a few times (at one stage there was 3 of me in there. Then it threw me out for good, and I've had the null pointer message ever since.

Hope it gets fixed soon.

strange...I have this wimpy little system and no knowlege, and the chat room has worked perfectly for me since day one....*shrug*...I am using Netscape 4.0..(which I love)on a PC...perhaps different browsers atre part of the problem..

I'm still getting the null pointer, too. I'm certain, however, that the mudcat folks are working on it, and I figure that I'll make it in there one of these days.

I myself have never gotten past the grey rectangle before getting the Null Pointer. I've had some success with other Java applets but not all. I'm a little short on hard disc space, might that be a factor?

I think there's just a unremedied problem. for a few weeks I got in with no problem Now the null point arises and won't leave. I'm sure Max is working on it.
