So else was in the front room of the Tiger at the PVFF on Saturday night. I recognised Bill Sables,Jellybeam,Windyb,Selby+family,and also Mike&Val from Cottingham and Shanty Jack. I really enjoyed the session and the "craic" but who where the other participants and where were they from

I was there for a while,not playing just listening. There was also smallpiper, nik nak, Gordon and Sue (non mudcatters).I agree the music was excellent.

Sue is Smalliper, Nicky & Gordons friend, she plays smallpipes as well, I moved to the back room to make space for the musicians as I was just listening.Though I did play ( or atempt to play!) 1 whistle tune at the very end of the session, (I was stood up, near you when you were sat near Bill)
PS.You also forgot Julie B (Fiddle player)

Don't know Julie B are you sure she was in the front room as Bill Ssables only stayed for a little while before he moved to the back (smoking ) room

Sorry to have missed the Tiger. That's the first year I've not made it there. I was with the illustrious Mr Sables for a short while in his Saturday afternoon session in the Mariners. Wonderful playing in there!
