Well, there are a few cute touches...like the way the "4" on the sign is made to resemble a swastika. The menacing presence of black-suited security, the fervor in the face of the crowd, all make the Bush picture reminiscent of a Nazi rally.

I think in general, the point is that every politician, including Hitler, portrays himself as "compassionate," and that it is in one's policies and actions that one shows TRUE compassion, not in baby-kissing photo-ops.
