I see it listed as a traditional slow air. found this abc in a collection labeled "O'Neil's" but no index or notes

and elsewhere found this tidbit "the piper's slow air 'Moran's Return' were unearthed by her from manuscripts dating from 1844" the "her" refered to is Nollaig Casey
